Happy Friday!
I'm over at Magical Musings today, taking about creating our own celebrations, and I'm giving away some prizes, too, so please stop by!
On a sad note, I was just reminded that it's been two years since we lost Blake Snyder...sigh. His Save the Cat series and story-structure beatsheets have helped me so much over the years -- I'm indebted to him for his insights. Thankfully, his work lives on at his website. And, for anyone interested in writing-craft posts on the subject, I've written two of them: one on Seekerville and the other on Blake's blog.
Wishing you all a fun and relaxing weekend!!

After your post on Magical today, I went grocery shopping. One place has been having a special on key lime pie for only $4.99 for a few weeks now. I've been ignoring it, but today I decided to buy one. I'm calling today "Celebrate eating key lime pie day."
Thanks, Nancy! I'm tryin' but, boy, has it ever been hot...
Edie, I love it!!! YUM! Hope you enjoyed that Key Lime Pie Celebration ;).
Wow! Has it really been two years? It doesn't seem like that long ago at all. So sad. He was such an inspiration. Save the Cat is my go-to book when I start a new project.
Hi Marilyn ~ I hope you had a nice weekend! Wow, those are a lot of chocolate holidays! Hey, your special day is National Chocolate Milkshake Day! Guess we'll have to indulge.
I'm a little late, but I'm going to swing on over to Magical Musings...
Caryn, I know...sigh. Blake's work was incredibly helpful to me. I wish he were still with us.
Robin, LOL! I noticed that about the Milkshake Day, too ;). Guess I know what I'll be ordering next month...
