Having said that though, I didn't connect the dots btw Emma and Cluless myself (I had to be told) - the movie worked independently of the Austen connection. If this urban version does well or tanks will depend on far more than the Jane Austen connection...Nadinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03276662980308718870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-391820021882341461.post-82289814249017644192008-06-25T13:59:00.000-05:002008-06-25T13:59:00.000-05:00Hi Robin! However, the new Broadway P&P musical, I'm unequivocally psyched about, if only because the lyrics have to be hilarious!Marilyn Branthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05303846770348840645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-391820021882341461.post-24066401920700434802008-06-25T10:43:00.000-05:002008-06-25T10:43:00.000-05:00Hi Marilyn! A new, urban Mr. Knightly? Not something I can picture. I'm old school enough that I liked the original.

Of course, they say there are only 8 original plot lines and everything from there is a copy, so maybe there's really no choice.

How are those shirts folding?
